Port Renfrew Watermain Replacement
McTavish provided environmental consulting services for the replacement of approximately one kilometer of an existing water main in the Port Renfrew water supply system. The water main alignment was located within an existing forest service road alignment and right-of-way adjacent to the San Juan River and multiple salmon-bearing streams and wetlands.
The project included clearing and grubbing along segments of the project alignment, excavation and installation of the water main, installation of two aerial stream crossings, site restoration and water main flushing.
